Damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance coverage.

7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses in Havant
- The vehicle may not be used for any illegal activities or purposes. This includes racing, rallying, off-road driving, or any other risky behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials, subletting the vehicle, or allowing unauthorized drivers is prohibited.
